Identify the television platform

Samsung and LG models can use different operating systems across product lines and generations. Find the exact model and software information in the television’s own settings. The brand name alone does not establish app compatibility. A television’s app store, an Android TV box connected to it and a mobile device are separate platforms.

Current TELOS download information does not confirm a store release for Samsung or LG televisions. This status does not deny that a built version may exist. Check the current official download page for the exact device before relying on an installation route. Do not infer availability from another model or follow unofficial installation instructions.

Separate app availability from source support

Even when a player is available, the provider’s source must use a format the app supports, and the stream must work on the target device. TELOS is a player for your own lawful source; it does not supply channels, a subscription or television-platform integration. Confirm the source type with your provider and keep private playlist links and login details protected.

Before changing a television or buying another device, verify the official app route, the operating system and the format supplied by the provider. This prevents a source problem from being confused with platform availability.

Check the setup without guessing

1. Record the exact television model and operating system from its settings.
2. Review the current TELOS download page for a confirmed route on that platform.
3. Ask the provider which playlist or login format it supplies and whether it is active.
4. If a supported player is available, test one known working stream before organizing the full list.

Diagnose a failed stream carefully

If the app route is confirmed but playback fails, compare another item from the same source and test the source on another supported device. If the source works elsewhere but not on the television, verify the television platform and app support rather than altering provider data. If it fails on several devices, contact the source provider. Programme guide data may be separate from video, so check each independently. Do not publish account links in a troubleshooting request; they can expose access. Availability can change, so recheck official information before acting.
