By downloading, installing, or using TELOS IPTV ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
TELOS IPTV is a personal media player application. It allows you to connect to IPTV servers using Xtream Codes compatible credentials. We provide the player software only — we do not provide, host, distribute, or link to any streaming content.
You are solely responsible for:
TELOS IPTV has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party IPTV servers. We do not endorse, verify, or guarantee any content accessible through user-configured servers.
The TELOS IPTV app, including its design, code, and branding, is the intellectual property of TheNoCompany LLC. Except as set out in the next paragraph, you may not reverse engineer, modify, or distribute the app without permission.
Open-source components. The app contains third-party open-source components, each under its own license; they are listed with their license texts on our third-party notices page and in the app. Nothing in these terms restricts the rights those licenses grant you. Some versions of the app contain libraries licensed under the GNU Lesser General Public License (LGPL), for example libVLC and MobileVLCKit. You may modify those libraries for your own use and reverse engineer the app to the extent necessary to debug such modifications. We grant these permissions in addition to any app store terms.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Stream quality and availability depend entirely on your IPTV server provider.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TheNoCompany LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the app.
We reserve the right to terminate or restrict access to the app at any time. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Natrona County, Wyoming. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, this choice of law and venue does not deprive you of the protection afforded by the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence, and you may also bring proceedings before the courts of that country.
